This brand has delicious tasting Chyawanprash! I've only ever tried 1 or 2 other brands & they didn't compare to the texture & taste of this brand! It tastes so good to me, I eat it by the spoonful - it does seem to help my energy level as I'm working to restore my health.

I've never loved oil pulling. I am not a fan of coconut, but this had a refreshing hint of peppermint. Not overpowering. Nice for those just starting the practice and feel hesitant. Excellent product!

I'm an Ayurvedic practitioner in the US and I use this oil for daily oil massage. It smells amazing and feels even better! It absorbs really well. I recommend this oil to all my clients and they return here to buy it over and over again! It has a golden color due to the herbs it's infused with but it doesn't stain your skin. I'm going to try the other oils as well. I'm sure they're all wonderful, I just started with this one and keep coming back for more!
