Customer Satisfaction
At Komal Herbals every customer is important and we guarantee your complete satisfaction. Please call us at 877- 741-1771 or mail us at sales@komalherbals.com if you have a question regarding an order.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for refund, credit or replacement. Should you need to make a return, please telephone our customer service department at 877- 741-1771. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to write on the outside of the box. This will insure prompt processing.
Confidentiality
Komal Herbals maintains confidentiality and will not divulge any information we receive from our customers to anyone. We respect your privacy and will not for any reason release your name, street address, telephone number or e-mail address without your consent. We do not and will not rent, sell or give your name or credit card information or purchase history to any other company, agency or individual.
Ordering
Ordering with Komal Herbals is easy! You do not need to register to place an order, though you may choose to, as this will allow for a quicker ordering process on your next visit to Komal Herbals. Orders may be placed: on-line, either using the shopping cart by visiting our Website at www.komalherbals.com or through the mail, via fax, or over the phone.

You may print out the Order Form to fill in, call our office for a catalog and order form or write out your order. Please include a check, money order, or your credit card number and expiration date. Please also verify that you have added in the correct amount of shipping and sales tax , as applicable, to avoid any delays in the processing of your order. If you are unsure of shipping costs please refer call us at 877- 741-1771. Please make sure you also include a valid phone number or email address in case we need to contact you regarding your order.
Ordering by Fax:
If you will be paying for your order with a credit card, you may also fax us your order at (412) 741-1775.
Ordering Over the Phone:
We are open Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time-EST). We are open every weekday except for some major holidays. Please call us at 877- 741-1771. We will be happy to assist you with your order.
Shipping
Our standard shipping methods include Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service, and UPS Ground Service. The expected time for delivery for most packages within the continental United States is between 2 – 10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: We also offer the expedited UPS services of one business day, two business days and three business days, guaranteed services. Requests for an expedited service is handled the same business day provided the order is received before noon (EST). Orders received after noon will be processed the next business day. The rates on these expedited services are based on the weight of the order and standard shipping rates do not apply. The cost for these services will be verified on the second page of the check out form, before the credit card number is entered or charged. UPS packages can be tracked. Please call us to track your UPS package, if you so require.
International Shipping: We ship internationally, to most countries. We ship all international packages by the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges shown on the website are available within the continental United States only. You will be emailed, within one business day, a confirmation of the actual shipping charges. You will not be charged until the shipping charge has been confirmed by you. These orders are subject to applicable duties and taxes, and appropriate customs clearing fees. The customer is responsible for these fees. The customer is also responsible for return shipping to Komal Herbals in the USA if order is refused due to unexpected custom or duty fees.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: For our customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please inquire with us regarding shipping rates, as they tend to vary. Please also note that UPS guaranteed 3-day service is not available to these areas.
Wholesale Customers
Wholesale accounts are made available to Health Care Practitioners who intend to use our products in their practice and/or resell them to their clients. We also offer Wholesale accounts to Health Spas, Retail Stores and Manufacturers that are Herbal and/or Ayurvedic in nature. If you wish to apply for a Wholesale Account, please contact us at 877- 741-1771.
All Wholesale orders are subject to a $100.00 minimum and shipping charges always apply.
All orders must be pre-paid with a Credit Card or check. Net 30 terms may be applied for after an ordering history has been established.
Returns
Komal Herbals products are guaranteed to be of the freshest and highest quality available. We think you'll be delighted with any of our products. However, if for some reason you're not, simply return the unopened or partially used product along with your receipt-letter within 30 days of your receiving the product, and we'll credit your charge card or refund your check or money order. Sorry, no refunds on empty bottles or packages.
There will be no refund whatsoever if products are returned in a damaged condition. If package is returned, all other costs are refunded except minimum shipping and handling levies.
